Ingredients

  • 1 cup gram flour Salt turmeric powder as per taste 1/2 cup buttermilk oil and mustard seeds for tempering

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients properly there shouldn't be any lumps in the batter. Transfer it in a shallow pan and cook it on medium flame stirring constantly for about 7 to 10 mins till It becomes semi thick consistency. Immediately spread it's little portion on an inverted flat surface steel plate and spread a thin layer evenly with the help of a flat spatula. Likewise spread on other dish. Let it cool for 7 mins. Make straight stripes with the help of a knife. Very carefully make rolls. Arrange in a serving plate and give a tadka of oil with mustard seeds and curry leaves. (optional) Sprinkle grated fresh or dry coconut and chopoed Corriander leaves.
